Discover Your Inner Wild Man at this 8-week Men’s journey
On some level, you probably already know if you’re interested in becoming part of a community of men.
Here are some of the clues:
-
You sense there’s something more to being a man, but if you’re honest you’re not quite sure what it is.
-
You sometimes feel unanchored, disconnected from the strength and purpose you intuitively know should be yours.
-
You sometimes feel like a “person,” not like a man. And you want to feel like a man.
-
You have a nagging sense you’re not as rooted in your maleness, in your masculine wildness, as you could be.
Maybe you feel, on some deep soul level, that something’s missing. Some connection. Some brotherhood.
And you’re probably not reading this to deciding if you want to be part of men’s community—you’re probably reading this to decide if this group is the right one for you.
Read on we hope to answer your question...

You Need Your Inner Wild Man
If you’re like most men we work with, you are not trying to play the “tough guy”—strutting, posturing, putting other people down.
Nor do you want to shrink, to soften, to apologize for being a man and for the space you occupy.
Your desire is to become a man of unshakable solidity.
A man of deep certainty. A man who wields the ancient, “Wild Man” power of masculinity fully and without apology, to serve his life and the people in it.
In this eight-week program—through ancient stories, practical strategies, male brotherhood, and deep soul work—you will discover the path to owning your masculine wildness in a way that works for you (and your loved ones).
The Journey
-
What is a man? Starting to reclaim your masculine power.
-
What are your dreams? Knowing your vision so you stay on track.
-
Owning your shadows, so no one can press your buttons.
-
Say no, set clear boundaries, and hold your ground — without needing to posture, be defensive, or aggressive.
-
Discovering your mission and being able to live it.
-
Showing up more fully in your relationships
-
Coming fully alive — able to feel, speak, and move through the world unashamed of your truest nature.
-
Learning to stand in your warrior nature—and be met there by other men who honor and celebrate it with you.

The “Nuts and Bolts”
This transformative journey takes place over eight two-hour sessions, Monday evenings from 7-9pm, live and in-person, from November 17th through January 12th. You'll want to save your spot now as the group is limited to 12 men.
Men who graduate this program will then be able to join an ongoing men’s support group and community.
The sessions are largely experiential, and what you share is confidential. While you will be challenged, you always have a choice: you will not be pushed to do anything you don’t want to do, and can always go at your own pace.

Journey and Session Overview*
We meet Monday evenings through 7–9pm in Sun Prairie, WI.
Session 1 – What Is a Man? (November 17th)
You'll reclaim your masculine strength by exploring the stories you’ve carried about manhood, and deciding which ones truly fit for you.
Session 2: The Wild Man’s Power (November 24th)
Lacking Wild Man energy makes you a doormat; too much can wreck your relationships. In this session, you'll learn to harness this wild power, in a civilized world.
Session 3: Dealing with Triggers & False Innkeepers (December 1st)
You'll explore how you may act as a “naive man,” falling prey to “false innkeepers.” You'll learn to heal these vulnerabilities without becoming cynical about life.
Session 4: Owning Your Shadows (December 8th)
Your Shadow—repressed, hidden, or denied parts of you—can be exploited by others and make you miserable. We'll explore techniques to recognize and take the power from your Shadow.
Session 5: Your Kingly Desires (December 15th)
A Wild Man thrives by knowing and pursuing his desires. In this session you’ll do the work of finding your deepest wants, so you can stay on track and not end up dying with regrets.
Session 6: Letting Go of Your Heart’s Burdens (December 22nd)
Everyone carries some emotional burdens that it’s time to let go of. In this session you'll identify them, understand how they work, and start letting them go.
*Session schedule and topics may change based on group needs.

Here’s What Other Men Have Said
- Marc Statz, Past Participant
- Eric Jensema, Past Participant
"Dimitri is one of the best men's group facilitators I have ever encountered, and his men's group was very effective. I got to know a really amazing, supportive crew of men, many of whom became friends. Dmitri did a great job of just putting it all together.
Plus, he has like 30 plus years of experience, and that shows in his work. Highly recommended."
- Valmiki J, Past Participant
"Yesterday's session is exactly what I needed to bring clarity to working through things with my girlfriend, so thankful for this group and the work we're doing together [Note: they are now married, and they are expecting their first child]. I wanted to share too that I was really struck during our check in how much less lost everyone sounds, how much clarity I heard, how aware and well-resourced you all sounded. It felt inspiring, thank you everyone for that too.”
- Nick Blasier, Past Participant
"Dmitri Bilgere is the MyGyver of the psyche. He has the absolute knack of taking the slimmest of threads, the tiniest little things, and using them to help people make tremendous changes and heal things. He's been incredibly helpful to me."
- John Morrell
“Zach has a true gift and is truly unique in his field. I’ve literally experienced thousands of hours of coaching and haven’t experienced anything like Zach’s work. This is beyond consulting, coaching, or anything I’ve experienced before. Each and every session I literally get 4-5 game changing ideas to take my leadership and spiritual practice to new heights. I highly recommend Zach’s coaching for those looking for a deeper sense of Self to propel your unique goals and journey forward. ”
- Chris Roepe, Men's Leader
"Zach’s coaching style is a unique blend of compassionate support and rational inquiry. He creates a safe, non-judgmental space where tough questions are asked, but always with the intention of getting to the core of what truly matters. The benefits have been life-changing. Zach’s coaching has helped me gain a stronger sense of self and the confidence to align my personal and professional life with my true values. I’m more focused, decisive, and intentional in my choices. Zach is a true professional in every sense of the word, and I wholeheartedly recommend his services to anyone facing internal struggles or questioning their belief systems."
